These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to use this store and place an order. We deliver within Israel only. We may cancel and refund any order if we have reason to believe this is not the case.

3. Our products

Kivella cases are storage accessories. They contain no tobacco or nicotine, we do not sell tobacco products, and our products make no health claims of any kind. Please follow the laws that apply where you live.

Photos show the real products, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.

4. Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed and you see the order confirmation page. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error); in that case you get a full refund.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in Israeli shekels (₪). Shipping is added at checkout according to the delivery option you choose, and the total is shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Grow (Meshulam), an Israeli payment provider, or by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

6. Delivery

See our Shipping policy. Responsibility for the parcel passes to you when it is delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Full details are in our Cancellations & refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

8. Faulty items

If a product is faulty or not as described, tell us and we will repair, replace or refund it, as required by law. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

10. Content

All text, photos and design on this website belong to Kivella or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes and contact
