Cancel within 14 days

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To cancel, email kivellastore@gmail.com with your order number (you can use the form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to).

• Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
• We refund the price you paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, to your original payment method.

If you cancel before we ship, we refund you in full straight away.

Delivery guarantee

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will issue a full refund.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your case arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping — you won't pay to return it.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to, and never replaces, your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law. Seniors (65+), people with disabilities and new immigrants may be entitled to a longer cancellation period where the law provides.
