Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 2026-10-03

We want everyone to be able to browse and buy from Kivella. This website was built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, as required by the Israeli Standard 5568 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities regulations.

What we have done

• The whole store, including checkout, works with a keyboard alone, with visible focus.
• Images have text descriptions, and buttons and forms have labels for screen readers.
• Text and background colors meet contrast requirements, and text can be enlarged up to 200%.
• Moving content (the image carousels) can be paused, and all animation switches off if your device is set to reduce motion.
• The layout adapts to phones, tablets and desktops.

Known limitations

• Some supplier product photos contain small printed text that is not available as text.
• The payment pages are provided by Grow (Meshulam) and PayPal and follow their own accessibility standards.
