Does it really keep the smell in?
Mostly, yes. With the case shut, far less smell gets into your jacket, bag or car than with an open pack. It is not airtight, but you notice the difference from day one.
Will my cigarettes stay dry?
In everyday life, yes. The lid shuts all the way, so rain, a damp pocket or a small spill in your bag stays outside. It is not waterproof, so don't drop it in the sea.
Does the whole pack go inside?
With the Master, Heritage and Duo, yes. You drop the pack in as it is, cigarettes still inside, and when it is empty you swap in the next one. The Magnet Case is built for loose cigarettes (up to 20).
How many cigarettes does a case hold?
Each case is sized for a standard pack of 20. The Magnet Case comes in two sizes: Regular, and Slim for slim and superslim cigarettes.
Do you have a case for slim cigarettes?
Yes. The Magnet Case comes in a Slim size made for slim and superslim cigarettes. Just pick “Slim” under Size.
Will it fit in a jeans or suit pocket?
Yes. Every case is flatter and more rigid than a soft pack, so it sits in a jacket or jeans pocket without bulging.
Which case should I choose?
Master if you like the look of machined metal, Magnet for a magnetic snap in Regular or Slim, Heritage for a warm leather feel, and Duo if you want your lighter carried with the pack.
How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?
You choose at checkout: delivery to your door usually takes 2–4 weeks, and pickup from a parcel locker near you about 1–2 weeks. The price of each option is shown at checkout before you pay. Your order is prepared within 1–3 business days, and you get a tracking number on the Track Order page.
What is the delivery guarantee?
Simple: if your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping, write to us and we refund you in full.
Do you ship outside Israel?
Not at the moment. We deliver anywhere in Israel.
